Learn about the coffee culture from a different point of view, always observing and living the world of coffee from the mountains, starting this experience from the municipality of Filandia making a short tour of it to learn about its history.
We will arrive at the finca, where your hosts will be waiting to take us on a magical experience, born out of their passion for coffee and cycling.
The tour goes from the seed to the cup where they grow varieties such as Castillo and Borbón cidra that are processed as mild washed and semi-washed coffees, classified as exotic harvest; they will have the opportunity to perform a modulation of flavours where they discover the acid, sweet and salty as a world of fruity flavours.
Afterwards they will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious peasant lunch made by the lady of the farm who takes great care to ensure that each tourist is delighted with the flavours of her region.
Ending the tour with a small coffee tasting discovering the flavours that influence the bean, obtaining a certificate from the farm where we will find a score of the activity related to each season.
