Starting the tour towards the town of Seville in the Department of Cauca’s valley which is part of the municipalities of the PCC declaration, we will arrive at this small coffee farm, located in the Andes mountain range, at an altitude of 1,650 meters above sea level, where Mauricio our host with his warm personality awaits us to introduce us to his home, family and life project in a tour where we will learn about history, the ancestral tradition of coffee, the species in Colombia, harvest data, as well as the artisanal process to produce a high quality export type mug

Upon arrival, we will enjoy a small tasting of seasonal fruits and a delicious snack prepared by his mother to serve the guests.

Mauricio our host, promotes the proper use of soils through conscientious tours of organic coffee and fruit cultivation, as well as natural tours along trails of bamboo and guadua species, generating natural connections that invite rest in relaxing spaces in the middle of the mountains of the Landscape Coffee Culture.

At the end of the tour of the farm, we will taste a delicious lunch prepared by Mauricio and his mother. In the afternoon with our host we will go to the head of the town of Sevilla, where he will tell us about his town and his ancestors who were part of its colonization, taking us to try some of the typical snacks of the area and tasting aur last cup of coffee with another coffee entrepreneur from the area, before returning to our accommodation.
